Advanced Editions Annual Subscription
The advanced Administrator, Special Education, ESL, and General Editions are available as an annual subscription for $99.00. Included in the subscription is a computer license, iPad/iPhone/Android license, and an optional login to the eCOVE Reporter.
Use of the Reporter requires setup by the district prior to logging in. There is a one-time setup fee (per district) if the district adds the Reporter option. Use of the Reporter is optional but available to all eCOVE users.
Once a district sets up the Reporter there is no additional cost to the district beyond the annual software subscription.
The eCOVE Reporter is a secure central database where users can upload observation data and view the district-wide data in aggregate. The district setup includes a permission tree to permit access by the appropriate users. The Reporter is accessible through any Browser. Data can be uploaded to the Reporter directly from computer or iPad/iPhone.

(Definition: computer is a desktop computer, or laptop, or netbook). Handheld licenses, included in the subscription, may not be registered to more than one computer. Annual subscription is $99 per user of the observation software or eCOVE Reporter. An eCOVE Subscription includes a computer license, an iPad / iPhone / Android license, and an optional login to the eCOVE Reporter. The eCOVE Reporter is a central database where leaders and observers throughout a district can upload and view the aggregate data. There is a one-time district-wide setup fee of $250.00. Basic Edition: The Basic Edition is a lifetime license, and will run on laptop and netbook computers (Windows and Macintosh). The cost is $189.00. Basic Edition for iPad: Available in iTunes as the eCOVE Observer, this basic edition is a free app with several included tools. Additional tools are available as an in-app purchase. |
