Advanced Editions (Administrator, Special Education, ESL, General): A computer version annual subscription is for one user/observer. (Definition: computer is a desktop computer, or laptop, or netbook). Handheld licenses, included in the subscription, may not be registered to more than one computer.

Annual subscription is $99 per observer or Reporter user. An eCOVE Subscription includes a computer license, an iPad / iPhone / Android license, and an optional login to the eCOVE Reporter. The eCOVE Reporter is a central database where observers throughout a district can upload and view the aggregate data. There is a one-time district-wide setup fee of $250.00. The Reporter database is optional.
