Repeat Directions The REPEAT DIRECTIONS Tool will document the number of times directions are repeated by the teacher during an activity.Click 'New Directions' when the task is first described, 'Restate Same' when the directions are simply repeated, 'Restate-Alter Low' when directions are slightly changed, and 'Restate-Alter High' when the original task is extensively changed. Click ‘Repeat Refused’ when the teacher refuses a request to repeat directions. Repeated directions may be an issue of gaining student focus, while altered directions or changed directions may result in student confusion. |
