eCOVE Professional Development

eCOVE can provide one to two day on-site professional development covering eCOVE Observer features and functions, as well as the import and analyzation of data in the eCOVE Reporter.

eCOVE trainers can also present and lead discussions on data-based observations, the use of objective, summary, and evaluative data to build a strong cadre of teachers.

The Data-Based Observation Model provides easy to implement approaches to both standards-based teacher evaluation and developing an atmosphere of teacher self-directed professional growth.
